Enocyanin powder extract
Natural dye obtained from skin extraction of red grape berries of Vitis Vinifera. For adjusting colour in red and rose wines. Dissolve in 10x weight of wine and homogenize. Dosage dependent on bench trials.
Store in original packaging at room temperature (0 to 30°C), in a dry and odorless environment
Optimal date of use: 3 years after packing date
