D-Selector Combi Destemmer/Sorter/Crusher

  • Combination Destemmer/Roller Berry Sorter/+ Optional Crusher
  • AISI304 stainless steel construction
  • Polyethylene cages with 24mm holes (19mm, 22mm, 28mm hole size or progressive hole size cages available)
  • Adjustable length and orientation angle of the rubber destemming paddles
  • Hopper with auger screw for consistent feeding – adjustable speed via VFD
  • Integrated “ROLLY” roller sorting system with adjustable shaft distance for medial and final sorting sections
  • Supplied with unique discharge chute w/quick release system
  • 1/2 ton picking bin discharge height
  • D-Selector 6 capacity: 4-6 ton/hr (2.25 kW)
  • D-Selector 12 capacity: 4-12 ton/hr (2.55 kW)
  • OPTIONAL: excludable, adjustable gap, roller crushing unit (0.75 kW)
  • OPTIONAL: double discharge chute for juice drainage and sorted material
