“R” Series Destemmers
The R series of destemmers and destemmer-crushers are renowned for their reliability. Perfected after almost a century of experience, Mori Luigi offers simple and effective solutions using one of the most famous de-stemming machines currently available.
- Constructed from AISI304 stainless steel
- AISI304 stainless steel standard roller cage w/24mm deep drawn holes for low shear of the grapes
- R30L model equipped with top-loading large hopper with auger for hand feeding with 36# picking lugs (auger speed is independent from destemmer cage speed)
- VFD destemmer cage/paddles speed control
- AISI304 stainless steel destemming paddles adjustable in length and orientation angle (rubber paddles available on request)
- Models with roller crushers are detachable for easy cleaning
- Available in 4 versions:
- A – Direct discharge without crusher or collection hopper for use with whole berry destemming & must pump w/hopper (not included)
- B – Direct discharge with detachable, adjustable crusher rollers with gap adjustment range of 4mm – 8mm
- C – Direct discharge into collection hopper with TC fitting on drain for easy connection to pump for must transfer
- D – Direct discharge with detachable, adjustable crusher rollers with gap adjustment range of 4mm – 8mm and collection hopper with TC fitting on drain
- R30 & R30L capacity: 3-5 ton/hr
- R40 capacity: 4-8 ton/hr
